The new owner of a housing subdivision that has remained vacant since its construction in 2005 hopes its abandoned homes turn into new homes soon.
The property, Santa Rosa Crossing, sold to an investment group about a year ago, said Sean Gillespie, broker for Nathan & Associates, Inc.
Nathan & Associates is the Scottsdale-based real estate company that is currently marketing the property.
Gillespie said the opening of the Copper Sky Recreation Complex nearby makes this a good time to develop the property.
