What: The Shoppes at Highland Lakes, a Bashas’ grocery store-anchored center totaling 87,500 square feet at the southeast corner of Ellsworth and Brown roads in Mesa, built in 2004

Price:$10 million Buyer: Glenwood Development Co.

Seller: Donahue Schriber Realty Group, the center’s original developer

Brokers: A Cassidy Turley team led by Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett

The deal: Glenwood principals Robert Klepinger and Jerald Gerard have other holdings in the East Valley and Scottsdale.
