Price:$10 million Buyer: Glenwood Development Co.

Seller: Donahue Schriber Realty Group, the center’s original developer

Brokers: A Cassidy Turley team led by Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett

The deal: Glenwood principals Robert Klepinger and Jerald Gerard have other holdings in the East Valley and Scottsdale.
