D.R. Horton closes on Mesa infill site for $3.51 million

D.R. Horton will soon return to the Mesa market after recently closing on preliminary platted lots within Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s West Mesa infill submarket.  According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Horton closed on 73 – 45’x100’ preliminary platted lots in Riverview Village.  The deal closed July 30, 2014 for $3,510,000 ($48,082 per lot / $1,068 per front foot).  The lots are located just east of the south east corner of Alma School Road and the 202 Red Mountain Freeway.  The seller in the transaction was Equity National Real Property Investments LLC (Michael Zipprich; Manager).

The preliminary plat for Riverview Village was approved by the Mesa Planning & Zoning Commission at its May 21, 2014 meeting. Follow this link to view the plat submittal.
