Dan Schweiker ends Town of Paradise Valley tenure

Longtime public servant Dan Schweiker is ending his local political career with the Paradise Valley Town Council on Thursday, July 3.

“It is a bittersweet moment for me,” he said in a June 23 phone interview. “I absolutely loved my time on Paradise Valley Town Council.”

That time goes back to 1998 when Councilman Schweiker was first elected to town council, serving until 2008. He rejoined the Paradise Valley Town Council after being elected in 2012.
