The clock is ticking on a RFQ from Douglas looking for design, civil, CRE, planning and development professionals to help turn the new Douglas Commercial Port of Entry into an economic engine. The city has identified a site for a new commercial port-of-entry, and is moving forward with its development. The goal is to create a development plan surrounding the POE to improve economic development opportunities in both Douglas and its sister city, Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. Consultants selected for city projects under this RFQ will also work with counterparts across the border.
