The former Motorola semiconductor plant site in west Mesa, which closed more than a decade ago and has since evolved into a successful industrial center, will get a major expansion later this year when construction begins on the project’s final phase.
Pacific Realty Advisors recently announced plans for two new buildings with about 212,000 square feet in Broadway 101 Commerce Park at the northwestern corner of Dobson and Broadway roads. The project will occupy about 16 acres on the eastern end of the complex.
