RED Development’s Aspen Place At The Sawmill To Add REI, Luxury Apartments

Two Kansas City-based development firms — VanTrust Real Estate and ePartment Communities — have broken ground on a luxury apartment community in Flagstaff, Ariz.

The project, the Village at Aspen Place, is at Aspen Place at the Sawmill, a development by another firm with a Kansas City headquarters: RED Development.

The Village at Aspen Place will include 222 apartments, 32,634 square feet of street-level retail, a five-level parking structure with 344 secured spaces and 101 surface spaces.
