Lennar hoping to continue success in Ahwatukee with newest location

LennarLennar has experienced success  in Ahwatukee in its Discovery at Desert Vistas subdivision, which is located west of Desert Vista High School off of Pecos and 32nd Street.  Selling at almost four homes per month, they hope to continue this success in this supply stricken submarket at its newest location, Discovery at Foothills Club West.

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to its Ahwatukee Submarket, Lennar was nearing completion on this site.  Located off of 17th Avenue and Pecos Road,  model homes are currently under construction as well as four spec homes.   According to Lennar, sales are anticipated to begin in September 2014.

According to public record, Lennar closed on these 69 pre-plat lots on March 19, 2013 for $3,075,000 ($44,565 per lot / $990 per front foot). Click here to view affidavit.
