Price: $11.2 million Buyer: South Mountain Retail LLC, a entity that includes Lamar Cos. and Real Capital Solutions

Seller: RN South Mountain Properties LLC, a real estate investment group that includes Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim owner Arte Moreno

Brokers: Lee & Associates principals Jan Fincham and Pat Dempsey The deal: RN South Mountain acquired the retail center and property for $6.1 million at a 2012 bank sale, according to Vizza News.
