Oro Valley councilman Brendan Burns indicted on counts of disorderly conduct, burglary with knife

Oro Valley councilman Brendan Burns has been indicted on counts of first-degree burglary, a class two felony, and disorderly conduct/domestic violence, a class six felony.

Court records show that both charges came following a May 20 incident in which Burns was alleged to have burglarized the residence of his wife while in possession of a knife.
