Phoenix City Council approves townhouses on 44th Street, apartments downtown

The Phoenix City Council has given the go-head to two new residential developments: a 63-unit townhome project at 44th Street and Palm Lane, and 292 apartments near downtown Phoenix. The council approved both developments at its Wednesday meeting.
