Efforts to build a massive manufacturer sourcing center off Florence Boulevard inched forward Tuesday as the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the preliminary plat plans for the first phase of PhoenixMart.  By a 6-0 vote, the commission agreed to forward the plans to the Casa Grande City Council.

The commission soon will review the PhoenixMart final development, landscape and comprehensive sign plans, City Planner Leila DeMaree told the board.
