Scraping the sky: Arizona real estate group opposes proposed building height restrictions near airports

One of Arizona’s leading real estate industry groups wants the Federal Aviation Administration to ditch new proposed restrictions on tall buildings near U.S airports.

The FAA building rule could impact future developments near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, downtown Phoenix and Tempe’s Mill Avenue.
