Upside down, boy you turn me….We couldn’t help but hum that Diana Ross oldie when we saw a Wil Cardon for Secretary of State sign planted, well, upside down. It wasn’t a prank, nor a sign of distress. It was deliberate, a by-product of Cardon’s campaign using the same sign installers as U.S. Rep. David Schweikert. The congressman apparently originated the technique, if you can call it that.
