Trammell Crow developing 200,000 square foot spec office project in Chandler

Chandler – Trammell Crow Co. in Scottsdale (Jim Mahoney, Cathy Thuringer, principals) plans to develop 200,000 sq. ft. of spec office space within the Chandler Airport Center located along the south side of the 202 Loop (San Tan Freeway) and just east of Cooper Road in Chandler. Trammell Crow is under contract to acquire the 19.03-acre site in a $5.388 + million deal ($6.50 per foot) set to close by year-end. The seller is Chandler Airport Center CAC Inc. in Newport Beach, Calif. (Douglas Strode, director). The sale is being brokered by Paul Sieczkowski of Colliers International in Phoenix. Butler Design Group in Phoenix is designing the project, which is being called Mach One. Plans show two, two-story buildings each of 100,000 sq. ft. Construction expected to start second quarter 2015, with completion anticipated early fourth quarter 2015. Continued
