Seven years after Las Vegas-based Investment Equity Development constructed the $45 million Zanjero Falls office building, it has sold for 20 percent of the cost it took to build, reports Darrell Jackson at The Glendale Star.
California-based Select Healthcare Solutions and Phoenix Cyberknife and Radiation Oncology Center LLC purchased the building for $9.1 million from RCFC Zanjero Falls LLC of California.
The building was built in 2008, but was never occupied, as it was viewed as an office complex with a single story and a three-story building.
The purchase is for the two office buildings and 10 acres of land just north of Westgate Entertainment District, which includes 147,700 square feet of retail space. The building was listed for sale for $11.7 million.
Phoenix Cyberknife is a healthcare provider that conducts radiosurgeries that focus on radiation therapies for cancer patients.
