Beazer closes on 59 finished lots and will join Richmond American at Sienna Hills in North Buckeye

Beazer Homes will soon join Richmond American Homes at the Sienna Hills Master Planned Community, located in North Buckeye just west of Verrado Way & McDowell Road.  According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Beazer closed on 59 – 50’ x 110’ finished lots within Sienna Hills Parcel 1 South. The deal closed 8/25/2014 for $2,655,000 ($45,000 per lot / $900 per front foot). The deal also includes deferred consideration (click here to view the memorandum) which will be paid to the seller (Starwood Land Ventures) upon each retail home closing.
