Kathleen Road in the Deer Valley area of Phoenix. Maricopa County records show the buyer in the cash sale was 2851 K Mac Go LLC, a subsidiary of Griffin Opportunities. The seller was Intravest 2851 Kathleen LLC, a company formed by Intravest Development LLC in Phoenix (Thomas Roskos, Mason Cave, principals).
