Center near Paradise Valley Mall part of $150 million real estate deal

The Village CenterA Target Corp.-anchored shopping center near Paradise Valley Mall was part of a $150 million commercial real estate sale spread across six states, as reported  by Mike Sunnucks, Phoenix Business Journal.

The Village Center on Cactus Road in Phoenix was part of a 1.35 million-square-foot acquisition by Newquest-Epic Investments LLC of Austin, Texas.

The Paradise Valley center and a shopping complex in Happy Valley, Oregon, were the top acquisitions in the group.
