“We are exploring the possible annexation of properties within the Loop 303 area,” said Sam McAllen, Glendale’s director of development services.
The Glendale Star’s Darrell Jackson reports “There are three large development projects that could provide growth opportunities to Glendale,” said Planning Director Jon Froke.
Those developments are 180 acres at Zanjero Pass between Peoria and Olive avenues along Citrus Road west of Loop 303.
The second development is Granite Pass, 443 acres south of Olive to Northern avenues between Citrus Road and Cotton Lane. The final development was Marbella Ranch, 359 acres south of Northern Parkway along El Mirage Road.
