June residential prices increase in Pinal County

Pinal CountyFlorence, AZ: Pinal County home prices increased in June 2014 by 2.6% over the previous month. The median residential price for June was $159,000 with a volume of 727 sales. The median square footage was 1,908. One month earlier, May of 2014, the median price was $155,000 with a median square footage of 1,890 for 730 sales.

The year over year change was a strong 13.65% increase in prices. The median price in June 2013 was $139,900 with a median square footage of 1,808.

The top sale in June was a 3,350 square foot home built in 2007. The Gold Canyon area property sold for $890,000.
