[OPINION] Consider connected apartment living

Jump on the light-rail train and relax during your 20-minute commute. No more rush-hour traffic. Someone else driving. Safe, reliable and easy transportation that can save you lots of money.

These are some of the simple benefits of living connected to transportation lines. Phoenix’s recent announcement that it will pursue additional miles of light rail could mean a boom of economic activity around those lines and will entice more multifamily development along the lines.
