[OPINION] Secret campaign to elect Forese/Little nears $1 million

Another week, another few hundred thousand dollars in dark money sunk into the campaign to get Tom Forese and Doug Little installed on the Arizona Corporation Commission.

This week, a dark-money group called Save Our Future Now ponied up $250,000 to air a TV ad attacking Vernon Parker, who along with Lucy Mason is running against Forese and Little.

The ad recycles old allegations about Parker’s previous troubles with the Small Business Administration and points out that he raised nearly $250,000 for a congressional campaign earlier this year after he quit the race.
