Parsons adds to acreage adjacent to Scottsdale National Golf Club

Scottsdale National Golf Club LLC (entity controlled by Bob Parsons) continues to acquire acreage surrounding its Scottsdale National Golf Club asset. According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), the entity closed on an approximate 41.31 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of 118th Street and Dynamite Boulevard. The deal closed August 20, 2014 for $5,370,300 ($130,000 per acre). The seller in the transaction was Themistocles & Despina Kalimnios.
