During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its North Surprise Submarket, Pulte Home’s Cactus at Desert Oasis reported 18 sales since June 20, the date of Belfiore’s last survey. Since opening in September 2013, Pulte has sold 61 homes in three separate parcels within Desert Oasis. The homes range in base price from $178,990 – $219,990 and square feet from 1,756 – 2,693. Pulte is currently developing the next phase of lots at Desert Oasis, with pre-sales expected to begin in October. Rose Law Group Senior Project Manager Nick Labadie comments, “This solid sales rate in this area doesn’t surprise me considering the homes and lots are in what seems to be the current sweet spot of 45’ – 65’ lots and 1,400 to 2,600 SF homes.”
