$5M+ Deals – 90 acres sells on 202 and Lindsay for $13.7M+

Below is a list of the deals closed Fri 9.19.14 in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$13.7M+ sale of approx. 90 acres of raw land at the SEC of Lindsay Road and the Loop 202 San Tan Freeway by the Lamoreaux Family LLC. The Town of Gilbert approved General Plan amendments and Circulation Plan amendments in January of this year approving a future interchange designation for the Loop 202 at Lindsay Road, which increases the potential of this property significantly.
