6 new subdivisions open in Tucson

During Belfiore’s most recent survey in Tucson, 6 new subdivisions opened for sale. Tucson has seen a lot of interest this year, with Toll Brothers returning to the Tucson market with its acquisition in Dove Mountain and Mattamy entering Tucson by acquiring land in both Dove Mountain and Rancho Vistoso.  Many sites are under development throughout Tucson, with most planning to open in 4Q 2014 or early 1Q 2015.

 

Below is the list of subdivisions that have opened since Belfiore’s last survey in Tucson:

 

Westview Pointe by Richmond American

Sycamore Canyon By Richmond American

Mariposa Trail II by AF Sterling

Mountain Vail Reserve by KB Home

San Lucas by LGI Homes

Stone Gate at Stone Canyon by Meritage
