- $22.64M sale of the San Brisas Apartments at Rural and Chandler Roads in Chandler by Sunstone San Brisas LP. BREW reported in November of 2009 that Sunstone Realty Advisors out of Vancouver British Columbia purchasing the 208 unit San Brisas, along with the 276 unit Paragon at Kierland, through the entities Sunstone San Brisas LP and Sunstone Paragon LP in a deal that totaled $53.2M ($19Mm for San Brisas and $34.2M for Paragon).
- $9.425M sale of several parcels in the Fountain Hills Target center.
- $5M sale of Dobson Ranch Inn at US 60 and Dobson Roads in Mesa.
