In this case the approximately 54,000 SF building is leased long term to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the new buyer plans on keeping it that way. The surrounding property owner to the north and south passed on a first right of refusal option to purchase the property. Adjacent to the west of the property is a large facility owned and operated by the U.S. Postal service.
