$17.6M sale of 6 acre property just south of the SWC of Buckeye Road and 16th Street (1330 S. 16th St) in Phoenix by an entity formed by Doxa Central, LLC (Dan Wilhelm, principal) to, 1330 S. 16th Street Property Manager, LLC, an entity formed by a Washington D.C. based investment firm that focuses on properties leased to the federal government. In this case the approximately 54,000 SF building is leased long term to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the new buyer plans on keeping it that way. The surrounding property owner to the north and south passed on a first right of refusal option to purchase the property. Adjacent to the west of the property is a large facility owned and operated by the U.S. Postal service.
