Scottsdale-based Desert Troon Cos. has sold a Buckeye shopping center development to a San Diego investor for $22 milllion cash.
Desert Troon has sold the 90,000-square-foot Watson Marketplace and an 8-acre parcel.
The buyer is Emanuel Torbati’s Interstate Holdings Inc.
