Free Enterprise Club goes sues to shake records loose from Ariz. Secretary of State

The Arizona Free Enterprise Club is suing the Secretary of State’s Office over its refusal to promptly release public records related to the office’s examination of the club’s activities.

The suit in Maricopa County Superior Court asks a judge to give the secretary of state 10 days to produce records that the club says are reviewed and ready to go. But a spokesman for the Secretary of State’s Office said the records would be released when the entirety of the club’s request has been fulfilled.
