During Belfiore’s most recent survey in its Gilbert Submarket, Rose Law Group client Fulton Homes had opened its newest subdivision, Legacy at Freeman Farms.  As noted in the Phoenix Business Journal in April, 2014, the homes range in size from 3,877 square feet to 6,683, with basement options available for four of the plans offered.  Base prices currently range from $579,900 to $654,900.

Just as impressive as the size of the homes is the pace that Fulton has sold them.  Since starting pre-sales the end of July, Fulton has sold 27 homes.
