Gilbert and Chandler ranked in the 10 best cities for Hispanic entrepreneurs, according WalletHub’s analysis. Gilbert came in fourth and Chandler came in 10th. The analysis looked at 19 different metrics, including unemployment rate of Hispanics, percentage of Hispanics with a bachelor’s degree and the share of businesses owned by Hispanics.
