Village Care Partners, LLC proposes to build a new senior living community in Gilbert, the company’s first in Arizona with another three in the works in Buckeye, Peoria and Tempe.
The Gilbert facility, to be located on a 19-acre site west of Warner and Power roads, would include eight three-story residential buildings totaling 500KSF, if approved by the Gilbert Town Council in November.
The proposed $50M congregate care campus proposed will accommodate seniors at all stages of care, from independent and assisted living to those needing closer attention. Village Care Partners President Carl Bommarito says their goal is to offer an exceptional quality of life to all residents.
