Village Care Partners, LLC proposes to build a new senior living community in Gilbert, the company’s first in Arizona with another three in the works in Buckeye, Peoria and Tempe.

The Gilbert facility, to be located on a 19-acre site west of Warner and Power roads, would include eight three-story residential buildings totaling 500KSF, if approved by the Gilbert Town Council in November.
