Grand Canyon University has big projects in the works as it continues to expand its campus in West Phoenix – including new classroom buildings, a parking garage and more student housing.

Preliminary applications have been submitted to the City of Phoenix for three of seven new structures the private university is planning, following its decision this summer to delay plans for a new East Valley campus in favor of focusing on growing its campus near 35th Avenue and Camelback Road (AZBEX, Aug. 5).
