All parties settle Prescott Valley event center lawsuit

Hours before it was to go to trial, a $35 million lawsuit that alleged purchasers were duped into buying bonds used to build the Prescott Valley event center has been settled.

“It’s done,” said Larry Tarkowski, town manager of Prescott Valley.

According to Ivan Legler, Prescott Valley’s attorney, United State District Judge G. Murray Snow agreed to a case-closing $1 million settlement in a conference call Monday morning.
