Real estate developer, pub owner and restaurateur Joe Risi is to break ground later this month on 38 single-family homes in north Tempe near Scottsdale and Curry roads.
The development is called the Newport and features homes between 1,500 and 1,680 square feet. The subdivision is geared toward younger buyers.
