Luxury, sustainable condominiums are slated to hit the market in Scottsdale when The Sterling Collection at Silverleaf launches sales in early November at the $350 million development, one of the largest luxury residential projects in the Southwest. The condos are located at Thompson Peak Parkway and Legacy Drive.

Developed by Scottsdale-based Cypress Development Group, The Sterling Collection at Silverleaf will be one of the most luxurious condominium community to ever be developed and sold in Arizona as defined by its exclusive location, proposed LEED-certified building techniques, effortless ownership services, world-class amenities and distinctive finishes. The project is adjacent to Cypress’ Sterling at Silverleaf community of luxury, LEED-certified villas.
