Below is a list of the deals closed Yesterday 10/02 in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$5M sale of 2 parcels totaling approximately 77 acres which makes up the Continental Golf Club (an Executive Par 60 layout) located on the west side of Hayden Road between Indian School Road and Thomas Road in Scottsdale by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$5.4M sale of approximately 643 acres of vacant land on both sides of Harquahala Road between Baseline Road and Dobbins Road in west Maricopa County by CV Harquahala LLC.

 

$5.95M sale of The Legend at Arrowhead Golf Course in Glendale by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.  The Legend was designed by Arnold Palmer and is a par 72 course.

 

$7.35M sale of Kokopelli Golf Club in Eldorado Lakes Golf Community in Gilbert by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$8.78M sale of Superstition Springs Golf Club at 6542 E. Baseline Road in Mesa by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$8.97M sale of Raven Golf Club at 3636 E. Baseline Road in Phoenix by CLP South Mountain Golf LLC.

 

$10M sale of Stone Creek Golf Course at 11411 N. Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$10.67M sale of Ancala Golf Club located at 11700 E. Via Linda in Scottsdale by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$10.67M sale of Arrowhead Country Club Golf Course in Glendale by CLP Southwest Golf LLC.

 

$17.67M sale of 2 commercial office buildings in Deer Valley Commerce Center located north of Rose Garden Lane on 15th Lane (21410 and 21415 N. 15th Lane) in Phoenix by Meritex Deer Valley LLC.
