$5M+ Deals – Shea Homes buys Tegavah for $59.5M

Below is a list of the deals closed Friday 10/17/14 in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

Shea homes paid $59.5M for the Tegavah golf course and future surrounding residential land. The seller was a joint venture formed by Jen Partners, Brookfield Residential Properties, and TerraWest Communities. Click here for full story.

$26M+ sale of a 175,890 SF distribution facility on Roosevelt Street just south of Broadway Road (2415 S. Roosevelt St.) in Tempe by Gateway Valleyview Inc, an entity that appears to have been formed by the Los Angeles Caounty Employees Retirement Association out of Pasadena, Calif. The site is 6.162 acres with two buildings built in 1985.
