Advocates: Medical marijuana businesses would benefit from recreational legalization [VIDEO]

Arizona Organix has enjoyed success since opening as the state’s first medical marijuana dispensary, and officials there realize they would face new competition if the state legalize recreational use of marijuana. But they still would like to see the state move in that direction, saying the two types of marijuana are complementary lines of business. And one state lawmaker hopes to accommodate them, by pushing for legislation in the next session to permit recreational sales of pot.
