Casa Grande council OKs Tractor Supply development agreement

An agreement for infrastructure improvements near Burris and Peters roads, where Tractor Supply Co. plans to build a distribution center, was approved by the Casa Grande City Council Monday.

Tractor Supply is not mentioned specifically in the development agreement and is referred to as “purchaser” in city documents, said City Manager Jim Thompson. He said if the purchase isn’t closed within 12 months, the agreement between the city and developers is null and void.
