Chandler considers luxury condos for infill

The last undeveloped infill parcel in the The Park development near Mercury Way and Alma School Road in Chandler will become a 77-unit condominium complex, pending the staff-recommended approval of a Preliminary Development Plan.

The Place at Alma School from MPC Development LLC of Scottsdale will comprise 17 buildings and more than 214KSF in a luxury condominium project aimed at empty nesters. The narrow, five-acre property will feature two- and three-story townhome-style buildings with varied door entries, pop-outs, garage doors with windows, decorative wrought-iron, and four color schemes.
