Chandler P&Z OKs business park plan

A developer plans to transform a 25-acre parcel just north of the Chandler Municipal Airport into a three-building, 260KSF development called Metro Chandler Airport Center.

The City of Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission approved Oct. 1 a request from MCP/Acquisition, LLC for a Planned Area Development (PAD) for Business Park uses, clearing the way for the project at the southwest corner of Cooper and Germann Roads, which may start construction in mid to late 2015.
