Pizza Hut adding Avondale location
Pizza Hut completed a deal to add another Valley location, this one at the southwest corner of Dysart Road and Van Buren Street in Avondale. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in the deal for a 1,800-square-foot space.
Metro PCS opening new location in El Mirage
Metro PCS signed a lease to open a location in El Mirage, at the northeast corner of Dysart Road and Thunderbird Road. De Rito Partners’ agent Bill Bones represented the landlord in completing the deal for 1,598 square feet.
Beds America relocating Glendale store
Beds America finalized a deal to relocate their Glendale store to the northeast corner of 67th Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale. The lease is for a 2,446-square-foot space. Gordon Heckaman represented the tenant in the transaction, while Lizette Borbon-Iskhakova and Carl Jones, Jr. represented the landlord.
Church leasing space at Verde Valley Plaza
The Church of the Cross leased a 2,738-square-foot space at the Verde Valley Plaza, located at the southwest corner of Highway 89A and Highway 260 in Cottonwood. Dale Harsh of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal.
Baldridge Commons adding another new tenant
De Rito Partners’ agents Gordon Heckaman and Carl Jones, Jr. represented the landlord in completing a deal to bring Vapor Vault to Baldridge Commons in Goodyear. The tenant signed a lease for a 1,325-square-foot space at the center located at the northwest corner of Dysart Road and Van Buren Street.
Orange Theory opening additional Scottsdale location
Orange Theory Fitness completed a deal to add a Scottsdale location at the northeast corner of Indian Bend Road and Scottsdale Road. Mike Kumelski of De Rito Partners represented the tenant in the lease of a 3,296-square-foot space.
Xtreme Vapour adding second location
Xtreme Vapour signed a lease to open their second location at the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Road in Peoria. Gordon Heckaman represented the tenant in completing the transaction for a 1,200-square-foot space.
Pedrito’s opening first mall location
Pedrito’s Mexican Food completed a deal to open a new location at Fiesta Mall in Mesa. Pedrito’s will take a 688-square-foot space at the mall located at Alma School Road and Southern Avenue. Lizette Borbon-Iskhakova and Roger Brevoort represented the tenant in the transaction.
Panda Express adding another Valley location
Panda Express purchased a prime corner pad at the northeast corner of Southern Avenue and Stapley Drive in Mesa. Morey Fischel of De Rito Partners represented the buyer in acquiring the 34,289-square-foot lot.
Liberty Tax joining Desert Sky Festival
Liberty Tax Service finalized a lease of a 1,740-square-foot space at Desert Sky Festival located at the southeast corner of 75th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix. Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
Non-profit organization opening location in Carefree
McKinley Educational Foundation, a non-profit educational organization, signed a lease to open a facility at Mariachi Plaza in Carefree. The organization will take a 1,486-square-foot space at the southwest corner of Cave Creek Road and Tom Darlington Drive. Dale Harsh of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in the deal.
New burger restaurant coming to Downtown Phoenix
The Counter Custom Built Burgers signed a lease to open its first Arizona location at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Adams Street in Downtown Phoenix. Stan Sanchez and Paul Serafin of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the lease of a 3,184-square-foot space.
Dog training facility joining Central Phoenix neighborhood
Learning Pawsibilities, a dog training, day care, and boarding center, completed a deal to lease a 3,250-square-foot building in Central Phoenix, just south of the southeast corner of 32nd Street and Indian School Road. Stan Sanchez of De Rito Partners represented the landlord in completing the deal.
