Phoenix doesn’t rank high on new real estate list

Metro Phoenix didn’t make a new top 25 list of U.S. real estate markets with the best prospects for growth, development and investment.

It ranked No. 26 out of 75.

The report, published by consultant PwC and the Urban Land Institute, tracks the opinions of top real estate investors, developers and market analysts.
