Rose Law Group client Pinal Land Holding’s planned area development on Coolidge agenda

The Coolidge Planning and Zoning Commission will be discussing a pair of planned area development requests that affect a large area of land in the southern portion of Coolidge’s city limits.

The first PAD comes from Rose Law Group (RLG) on behalf of Pinal Land Holdings (PLH) for approximately 1,349 acres generally bounded by McCartney Road on the north, La Palma Road on the east, Red Bronc Road on the west and Highway 287 on the south. The PAD request consists of single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial and open space uses.

Note: Both passed on 4-0 votes.  Cameron Carter of RLG represented PLH, and Jennifer Hall from RLG represented Walton.
