Shea Homes plans Trilogy retirement community in Wickenburg

Shea Homes is opening one of its Trilogy retirement communities in Wickenburg, northwest of metro Phoenix.

The homebuilder is planning to construct 2,000 houses at Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch. Trilogy is being marketed as a luxury-resort community with high-end amenities. Sales are expected to start early next year, but prices are not yet finalized.

The community is near the junction of Arizona 89 and 93.
